Website Support
If Coastline Creative designed your web site, you don't need to worry
we stand by our work and can take care of any issues that may arise.
If you have had your web site designed by other firms, we are available
to do maintenance and support on your site, just give us a call
for a free consultation.
Website Hosting & Domain Registration
If you have your web site hosted with Coastline Creative we can handle
all issues. We use very reliable hosting companies and don't find
our clients web site go down very frequently, but when they did
we immediately get on the case.
If your site is hosted by another company, we will do all we can
to help you, but can give no guarantees as the hosting company you
use my not be as reliable as ours.
Domain Registration
As with hosting if your domain is registered with Coastline Creative we always
renew it when you renew your hosting account. If your domain is
hosted by a 3rd party, we will keep track of your domain and when
it needs to be registered, but cannot guarantee you don't loss it
as if it is hosted by a third party you are responsible for keeping
up and make sure it is properly registered. |
